£250 per day, outside IR35

My client is a globally renowned Marketing Company who are looking for an Integrated Account Manager to work on a leading supermarket brand
You will be reporting into the Head of Client Services
The Role
- Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with day-to-day clients, ensuring trust and effective communication.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from briefing to delivery, proactively anticipating challenges and coordinating with Ads, Operations, and Business Leads as needed.
- Provide close support to Account Directors on major campaigns while independently leading smaller projects.
- Foster an environment that encourages exceptional work by:
- Delivering top-notch briefs and debriefs to creative and strategy teams.
- Clarifying client feedback for agency teams.
- Collaborating with clients to navigate their senior stakeholder processes.
- Adhere to best financial practices, from accurate project estimates and fee tracking to invoicing production expenses.
- Assist Account Directors and Operations Leads with scoping mid-sized projects.
- Take ownership of project timelines and deliverables, always planning ahead.
- Lead the creative development process, working closely with Creative Directors and teams to deliver high-quality creative presentations.
- Mentor and support junior Account Managers and Executives.
You
- 2+ years experience within an agency working on integrated marketing campaigns
- Retail / FMCG or similar high volume accounts
- End to end, integrated delivery across multiple projects -incl. TV, Print, Digital, Social,
- Project management great, but not essential
