Executive Director - Commerce - Global Media Agency - London (Hybrid) A global media network are urgently looking for a strategic and commercially minded Executive Director of Commerce to join their team. This role sits at the heart of the agency\'s commerce function, working across markets to deliver commerce solutions for some of the world\'s most recognisable brands. You\'ll play a key role in shaping and driving the agency\'s commerce offering, integrating media, retail, and eCommerce strategies to enable growth and innovation. Reporting into to the Global Commerce Lead, this is a good opportunity to influence commerce direction and how the agency\'s clients connect with consumers in an evolving retail landscape. The Role: Oversee the planning and delivery of global commerce programs. Shape and roll out cross-channel commerce strategies spanning eCommerce, retail media, and shopper marketing. Partner with internal/external stakeholders to ensure commerce is seamlessly embedded within media strategy and execution. Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation across digital/performance and retail channels. Share expertise and drive consistent ways of working across markets to raise the standard of commerce delivery a the agency.
