We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic TikTok Shop Account Manager to take charge of and grow a TikTok Shop presence in the UK. You’ll be managing the platform end-to-end - from live shopping and content planning to promotions and community engagement.
A bit about the role
- Hosting live TikTok Shop sessions and adapting content on the fly to drive engagement and sales.
- Managing day-to-day operations, keeping listings, products, and storefronts optimised.
- Planning promotional calendars around seasonal campaigns and business goals.
- Working with influencers, creators, and internal teams to keep content consistent and on brand.
- Tracking campaign performance and providing insights to improve results.
- Engaging directly with the TikTok audience through comments, messages, and live chat.
A bit about you
- Experience managing TikTok Shop, live commerce, or other social commerce channels.
- Confident on camera - personable, energetic, and at ease in front of a live audience.
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and platform culture.
- Commercially minded with experience in forecasting, reporting, and driving results.
- Excellent communicator who can build relationships with online audiences.
