TikTok Shop Account Manager London, 3 days office £45,000 We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic TikTok Shop Account Manager to take charge of and grow a TikTok Shop presence in the UK. You’ll be managing the platform end-to-end - from live shopping and content planning to promotions and community engagement. A bit about the role Hosting live TikTok Shop sessions and adapting content on the fly to drive engagement and sales. Managing day-to-day operations, keeping listings, products, and storefronts optimised. Planning promotional calendars around seasonal campaigns and business goals. Working with influencers, creators, and internal teams to keep content consistent and on brand. Tracking campaign performance and providing insights to improve results. Engaging directly with the TikTok audience through comments, messages, and live chat. A bit about you Experience managing TikTok Shop, live commerce, or other social commerce channels. Confident on camera - personable, energetic, and at ease in front of a live audience. Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and platform culture. Commercially minded with experience in forecasting, reporting, and driving results. Excellent communicator who can build relationships with online audiences.
