Data Entry Administrator (Temporary Contract) Location: Bermondsey, London (Office-Based) Start: ASAP Contract Length: Minimum 2 Weeks Introduction We are supporting a growing retail business in the search for a Data Entry Administrator to provide immediate support during a busy period. This is a hands-on administrative role focused on maintaining accurate data records, supporting internal systems, and ensuring information is entered efficiently and correctly. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently within a fast-paced office environment. The Role As Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining data across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency at all times. Working closely with internal teams, you will support day-to-day administrative tasks, data management, and system updates, helping to ensure smooth business operations. Responsibilities include: • Accurately entering and updating data within internal systems • Maintaining and managing records within NetSuite • Reviewing data for accuracy and identifying discrepancies • Supporting administrative processes and system maintenance • Ensuring information is kept up to date and organised • Assisting internal teams with ad hoc data and administrative requests • Maintaining high levels of accuracy while working to deadlines You – Skills & Experience: • Previous experience using NetSuite is essential • Strong data entry and administrative experience • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organisational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively • Comfortable working with large volumes of data • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Reliable, proactive, and able to start immediately
