Social Creative (2 Positions Available)
We're looking for Social Creatives to join an award-winning creative agency on an initial FTC, with the opportunity to become permanent.
These are social-first roles for creatives who genuinely understand how people consume content today. We're open to candidates with different strengths, whether you're a hands-on creator who loves getting behind the camera or an ideas-led creative who thrives on concepting and storytelling.
We're looking for either:
Social Creative (Shooter / Creator - Publisher EXP)
You'll be someone who can take an idea from concept through to execution.
You'll have:
- Strong self-shooting and editing skills
- Experience creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms
- A natural storytelling ability
- Experience developing recurring content formats or series
- Confidence working independently from brief through to final delivery
- A strong understanding of what makes content perform on social
OR
Social Creative (Ideas / Editorial)
You'll be an ideas-first creative with a strong editorial mindset.
You'll have:
- Excellent creative ideation skills
- A strong understanding of social culture and platform behaviour
- An editorial approach to storytelling and content
- Experience developing concepts that are culturally relevant and audience-first
- Confidence presenting and evolving creative ideas
- A passion for creating work built specifically for social
We'd love to hear from people with backgrounds in:
- Social publishers
- Creator-led businesses
- Digital media platforms
- Editorial teams
- Creative agencies with a strong social offering
You'll be:
- Developing social-first creative ideas from brief through to execution
- Creating engaging, platform-native content
- Working across exciting consumer brands
- Collaborating with creatives, strategists and producers in a fast-paced environment
- Helping shape campaigns that genuinely connect with audiences
