We are supporting a growing retail business in the search for a Customer Support Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of e-commerce operations, customer service, and warehouse coordination. You will support the smooth running of online order fulfilment, stock management, and customer care operations.
- Coordinating e-commerce order fulfilment with third-party warehouse and logistics partners
- Supporting stock control and inventory management alongside warehouse teams
- Managing customer service administration, including pre-orders, delivery updates, returns, and refunds
- Supporting wider operations and customer care activities as required
Previous experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or operations administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
