The Job
As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will own and optimise performance-driven campaigns across paid search and retail media channels, with a clear focus on efficiency, profitability, and scale. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other performance platforms
  • Driving profit-led bidding and budget optimisation to maximise ROI
  • Executing video and upper-funnel activity to support full-funnel growth
  • Analysing performance data and producing clear, actionable reports
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and scale winning activity
  • Managing product feeds and supporting Merchant Centre optimisation
  • Working closely with ecommerce, trading, and creative teams to align campaigns with stock, pricing, and promotions
  • Testing new channels, audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies

You
3+ years' experience in performance marketing or PPC roles
Strong experience managing Google Ads and paid search campaigns
Background in eCommerce or retail-focused performance marketing
Hands-on performance marketer with a strong commercial mindset
Confident working with data and making optimisation decisions daily
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, brands, and markets
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused
Proactive, curious, and motivated by impact and growth
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Confident using Excel and performance reporting tools
Experience with product feeds, Merchant Centre, or retail media platforms preferred
Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms desirable
