An exciting opportunity in London is looking for a Manager, Data Operations to support a large, complex media account within a leading agency environment.
- 3 days a week in the office
- Permanent Role
As the Manager, Data Operations, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders on data-related initiatives
- Ensuring timely access to accurate, structured, and well-governed media data
- Working closely with media specialists, BI teams, and data engineers across planning, activation, and reporting
- Supporting the Data Director with maintaining data process documentation and delivering training across teams
- Coordinating best practice adoption to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Owning and managing media data taxonomies across the account
- Driving taxonomy governance and compliance across planning, activation, and reporting systems
- Conducting ongoing data quality checks and taxonomy reviews
- Coordinating weekly and monthly reporting delivery with BI and engineering teams
- Managing ad-hoc data requests and structured data delivery
- Supporting data collection processes for MMM, experimentation, spend tracking, and advanced analytics
Experience required:
- Experience in data operations, data governance, or media data management
- Good understanding of media data and media data systems
- Experience working on large, complex accounts or organisations
- Strong project management capability across data and analyst teams
- Comfortable using SQL, Python or R and working with large datasets
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
