The Job

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading, developing and scaling the new business function, driving revenue growth across multiple technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the sales strategy in line with ambitious growth objectives
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers and SDRs
  • Owning and delivering new business revenue targets
  • Building, managing and forecasting a healthy pipeline of opportunities
  • Personally supporting strategic enterprise opportunities from prospecting through to close
  • Identifying new markets, sectors and routes to revenue growth
  • Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Leadership teams
  • Implementing scalable sales processes, frameworks and performance metrics
  • Coaching and developing team members through regular reviews and development plans
  • Building relationships with key prospects, partners and industry stakeholders
  • Supporting commercial proposition development, pricing strategy and contract negotiations
  • Leveraging data, technology and AI to improve sales effectiveness and commercial outcomes

About You

We’re looking for an experienced sales leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering consistent revenue growth within a technology environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Significant experience in a senior sales leadership role within SaaS, MarTech, Performance Marketing, Media, FinTech, Customer Engagement, Loyalty, Data or Technology businesses
  • Proven success delivering and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience leading, developing and scaling Business Development and SDR teams
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen
  • Track record of winning and supporting complex enterprise sales opportunities
  • Experience building sales processes, frameworks and performance cultures
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive leadership teams
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management and revenue planning capabilities
  • Experience operating within a fast-paced, scaling organisation
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • A data-driven approach to sales leadership and decision-making
