Our client is building a creator-first platform that empowers talent across industries—fitness, entertainment, lifestyle, and more—to monetise and grow their fanbase like never before. With rapid growth and a passionate user base, the company is looking for an ambitious Sales Account Executive to drive their creator acquisition strategy and close high-impact deals.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and outreach to high-potential creators, influencers, and talent managers globally.
- Conduct compelling pitch calls and demos, effectively communicating the company’s unique value proposition.
- Negotiate and close deals that bring top creators onto the platform.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through onboarding handoff.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and support to ensure a best-in-class creator experience.
- Help shape our clients sales playbook as they scale across new verticals and territories.
You
- 2+ years in a closing sales role—ideally in tech, creator economy, talent management, or digital media.
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A natural networker and communicator who builds trust quickly.
- An understanding of the creator space and/or digital content platforms preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable — you thrive in a startup environment.
- Bonus: experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
