My client is an innovative ad tech business transforming how publishers use and monetise online images. Their technology is used globally by major publishers, media owners, and partners, helping to protect image rights and drive new revenue streams.
They're now looking for a Publisher Account Executive to join their growing team. This is a junior, client-facing role working closely with the publishing and ad ops teams to onboard new partners, manage campaigns, and ensure smooth delivery.
The Job
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for publishers, supporting onboarding, demos, and training
- Manage and monitor live campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery and performance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them
- Handle admin tasks around publisher setup, adoption, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to upsell and strengthen publisher relationships
You
- 2+ years' experience in a client-facing role within ad tech, publishing, media, or agency
- Good understanding of how campaigns work - setup, tracking, and delivery
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident troubleshooting and managing multiple projects at once
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
