An exciting entertainment brand in London is looking for a Product Development Manager to join their licensed merchandise team on a 6-month contract.

Based in London 2-3 days a week in the office.

Start date: Mid-November

£370pd Inside IR35

The Job

  • Managing end-to-end product development and approvals across global licensed merchandise.
  • Liaising with licensees, retailers, and brand partners to deliver high-quality products that meet brand standards.
  • Tracking timelines, coordinating sample management, and maintaining approval documentation.
  • Supporting creative and marketing teams to identify trends and streamline processes.
  • Using tools such as Mediabox, Trello, and OneDrive to manage workflows and creative assets.

You

  • Experienced in licensed product development with a solid understanding of production processes.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and approval systems such as Flowhaven.
  • Background in consumer products, fashion, or FMCG.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
