They are now seeking an Influencer Director to lead influencer strategy, creator partnerships, and campaign execution across a portfolio of global AI and technology clients. This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for building creator ecosystems, driving performance‑led influencer campaigns, and shaping best‑in‑class creator strategies for cutting‑edge tech brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead influencer and creator strategy across AI and technology client accounts
- Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, talent managers, and platforms
- Design and execute influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Translate complex AI and tech products into compelling creator‑led storytelling
- Oversee end‑to‑end campaign delivery including briefing, negotiation, contracting, and activation
- Manage campaign performance, reporting, and optimisation against KPIs
- Identify and secure new creator partnerships aligned to client objectives
- Collaborate with internal strategy, media, and content teams
- Drive innovation in influencer marketing within AI and tech sectors
- Mentor and support junior team members within the influencer function
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social strategy (agency or brand‑side)
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and platform trends
- Experience running end‑to‑end influencer campaigns at scale
- Strong client‑facing experience with senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation and budget management skills
- Ability to translate technical or complex products into engaging creator content
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator landscapes
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or technology clients is highly desirable
- Leadership or team management experience preferred
