As Head of Enterprise, you'll play a key role in that growth story. You'll be responsible for winning and growing large enterprise accounts, shaping the commercial strategy, and helping position the business as a strategic partner to some of the biggest ecommerce brands in the market.
A bit about the role:
- Winning and growing enterprise-level ecommerce accounts
- Building a repeatable approach to enterprise sales and account growth
- Developing relationships with senior decision-makers including CMOs, eCommerce Directors, and Product Leaders
- Leading commercial conversations and helping shape how the business is positioned in the enterprise market
- Taking ownership of projects from initial sale through to successful delivery
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes
- Helping build the team, processes, and infrastructure needed to scale the enterprise function
You'll likely come from a background such as:
- Digital consulting or transformation
- eCommerce technology
- Customer experience, personalisation, or optimisation platforms
- CRO and experimentation businesses
- Digital, ecommerce, or performance agencies
- Enterprise SaaS
