An exciting marketing and data agency is looking for an Associate Director of Audience Analytics to join on a fixed-term contract, working on a high-profile account. Location: London, hybrid working 2 days per week Office policy: flexible (few days per week in London if needed) Contract length: Until the 3rd of September Start date: Monday 21st of July Salary: Up to £390pd Outside IR35 The Job Develop and deliver audience-first strategies, including segmentation, targeting and personalisation Lead audience enrichment, using 1st party data, Data Clean Rooms, CDPs and DMPs Monitor and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights Translate audience data into clear narratives that inform creative and media plans Partner with strategy, media, product and analytics teams to align audience strategies with business goals Support post-campaign analysis, QBRs, test & learn programmes and competitor insight Mentor and manage a small team of analysts You Deep understanding of audience strategy and 1st party data activation Media fluent, able to shape holistic creative and media strategies Tools & data expertise: GA4, Adobe Analytics, GWI, TGI; Epsilon is a bonus Confident communicator, able to build trusted relationships internally and externally Experience working across paid and owned marketing channels Experience with BI tools (Looker, PowerBI) is a plus Apply Now If you\’re interested in this opportunity, please send your CV Sphere Digital Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
