This role sits within a specialist in-house digital media team, focused on driving performance across Amazon channels for a portfolio of well-known brands. You’ll take ownership of Amazon search campaigns, helping to elevate performance and reverse stagnating growth trends. Alongside hands-on campaign management, you’ll play a key role in upskilling the wider team, introducing best practices, building playbooks, and ensuring campaigns are set up to deliver strong year-on-year results.

A bit about the role:

  • Manage and optimise Amazon Search campaigns to drive improved performance and year-on-year growth.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing activity and reverse plateauing media performance.
  • Develop and implement best practice playbooks across Amazon advertising.
  • Train and mentor team members to elevate overall capability and campaign output.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Head of Amazon, to align on strategy and execution.
  • Support DSP activity where relevant.

A bit about you:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Amazon Advertising, with a strong focus on Search (Sponsored Ads).
  • Proven track record of driving performance improvements and scaling Amazon campaigns.
  • Confident managing campaigns end-to-end while also coaching and developing others.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Ads platforms, with DSP experience a bonus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-house or agency environment.
  • You’re proactive, performance-driven, and able to bring structure and best practice into an evolving team.

This role is hybrid in Slough, UK - 1-2 days per week in office.
