The Job
As an Amazon Advertising Account Manager , you'll play a key role in driving performance for clients through expert management of Sponsored Advertising and DSP campaigns. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll develop a deep understanding of client businesses and craft strategies that maximise impact across retail media networks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising retail media campaigns, including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
- Ensuring full and accurate delivery of client budgets.
- Running A/B tests to enhance campaign performance across creatives, targeting, and strategies.
- Providing clients with data-driven insights and actionable performance recommendations.
- Building strong relationships with clients through expert consultation and clear communication.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous innovation.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align campaigns with broader eCommerce strategies.
- Meeting clients in person on a regular basis to strengthen relationships and strategy alignment.
You
- Have 2+ years of experience in retail media , ideally within an agency environment.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Amazon Sponsored Ads & DSP , with hands-on experience in the Ad Console.
- Are comfortable working with 3rd-party bid management platforms and optimising campaigns based on data insights.
- Have excellent communication skills , capable of simplifying complex concepts for clients.
- Are confident engaging with senior stakeholders and positioning yourself as a thought leader in commerce media.
- Can demonstrate experience planning and managing digital advertising budgets.
- Have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Are proactive, self-motivated, and eager to thrive in a fast-growth business
