We are working with a global FMCG leader to hire an Associate Digital Media Manager to join their in‑house team. This role sits at the heart of digital execution across South American Core campaigns and offers hands‑on ownership of in‑platform campaign delivery, optimisation, and performance improvement. You will work closely with the Digital Media Manager, supporting the implementation of best‑in‑class digital practices while ensuring accurate setup, continuous optimisation, and data‑led recommendations that directly impact campaign performance.
The Role
As Associate Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end execution and ongoing optimisation of digital campaigns across key platforms. You will combine strong technical platform knowledge with analytical thinking to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and perform against KPIs.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up digital campaigns accurately within agreed timelines and ensuring alignment with media plan instructions
- Conducting thorough QA of campaign setups to ensure compliance with best practices
- Supporting Digital Media Managers with activation planning and campaign readiness tasks
- Running ongoing in-platform optimisations to improve campaign performance and efficiency
- Monitoring pacing, budgets, and KPI delivery, making timely adjustments where needed
- Producing weekly optimisation recommendations and logging key changes in optimisation trackers
- Collaborating with data analysts to interpret performance data and identify actionable insights
- Staying up to date with platform features, new beta tools, and optimisation tactics
- Supporting knowledge sharing across teams and engaging with media partners to explore new capabilities
You – Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Amazon and eCommerce channels
- Hands‑on experience with platforms such as DV360 and Amazon DSP
- Strong understanding of audience, contextual, and placement‑based targeting strategies
- Proven track record of optimising campaigns to exceed performance benchmarks
- Experience working alongside account managers, traders, or cross‑functional digital teams
- Strong analytical ability with confidence in interpreting performance data and KPIs
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills across multiple campaigns
- Good Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
MUST be able to work CST timezone (4pm-12pm GMT) remotely.
