The Role
- Build and maintain client relationships with a positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Develop and plan social content based on platform knowledge, posting frequency and audience behavior.
- Communicate with the Design Team regarding content volume, frequency, tone, and style when needed.
- Enforce strict adherence to deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work to clients.
- Work closely with the Account Director to ensure all work meets the required time frame and style standards.
- Manage social media output for assigned clients and ensure content approval.
- Identify opportunities to enhance services, retain clients, and upsell additional products.
- Recognize and escalate client issues to management as appropriate.
- Continuously expand understanding of internet culture and behaviors to drive business innovation.
- Perform additional tasks, including general administrative duties, as needed.
About You
- Over 2 years of experience in social media, preferably at an agency.
- Passionate about social media and brands, with basic knowledge of paid social being desirable.
- Strong copywriting skills for social media content and effective client communication.
- Proactive in addressing client issues, maintaining clarity, diplomacy, and responsiveness.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills, consistently representing the agency positively.
