We're partnering with a high-growth, market-leading MarTech business that is transforming how retailers and consumer brands engage, convert and retain customers across digital channels. Working with the biggest retailers and brands globally, we are hiring an experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth across the UK retail and e‑commerce mid‑market landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Build and execute territory plans across the UK retail market
- Engage senior stakeholders across e‑commerce, CRM, digital marketing and commercial functions
- Run consultative discovery processes and present tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling business cases and proposals
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
About You
- 3+ years in MarTech or e‑commerce technology sales
- Track record of exceeding quota in a closing role
- Experience selling into retailers, e‑commerce businesses or consumer brands
- Strong consultative and solution‑selling capabilities
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders throughout complex sales cycles
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Proactive, self‑starting approach and genuine new‑business mentality
