£50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.

We're working with a specialist agency that helps major employers attract, engage and hire talent through data-driven marketing and creative communications. They're looking for a Paid Media Strategist to take ownership of media planning, activation, optimisation and client performance across a diverse portfolio of well-known brands.
The Opportunity
This is a genuinely end-to-end paid media role.
You'll be responsible for developing channel strategies, managing campaign delivery and helping clients understand how media investment translates into business outcomes. You'll have the autonomy to shape recommendations, test new approaches and influence how campaigns are planned and measured.
One day you could be building a sophisticated multi-channel media plan, the next optimising campaigns across key platforms or presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. If you enjoy variety, ownership and seeing the impact of your work, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Be Doing
Owning media strategy and performance across a portfolio of clients from planning through to reporting and optimisation.
Developing innovative paid media strategies and confidently presenting recommendations to clients.
Planning and activating campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic channels.
Building robust media plans, budgets, forecasts and pacing models.
Analysing campaign performance and uncovering actionable insights.
Creating compelling performance reports and strategic presentations.
Collaborating closely with strategy, creative, data and client services teams.
Testing new platforms, formats and optimisation opportunities.
Supporting and mentoring colleagues while helping elevate media best practice across the team.
