You will support the wider senior team with new business activity across the UK and Europe. This is primarily a sales support and new business coordination role, rather than a traditional quota-carrying sales position.

- You will prepare regular pipeline updates for senior leadership.
- You will support senior team members in identifying and researching prospective clients and new pitch opportunities.

- You will support the day-to-day management of relationships with relevant industry partners and intermediaries.
- You will help track conversations, schedule touchpoints and flag potential new opportunities to senior team members.
- You will join prospect meetings and introductory calls, taking ownership of follow-up actions and tracking them through to completion.
- You will coordinate the RFI and RFP process, managing timelines, internal contributors, formatting and deadlines.
- You will support the wider team with pitch preparation and help ensure new business processes run smoothly.
- You will draft and tailor sales materials, proposals and client-facing documents for prospective customers.
- You will coordinate input from different teams across the business to ensure pitches and responses are delivered to a high standard.
- You will work closely with Marketing to support external sales and marketing content.
- You will help keep the overall new business process organised, structured and moving forward.
Requirements:
- Around 3 years of experience within a media agency in a client-facing role.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce polished, client-ready materials.
- Comfortable researching prospective clients and supporting senior commercial stakeholders with outreach activity.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, trackers or CRM systems.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and deadlines at the same time.
- Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Comfortable taking ownership of follow-up actions and ensuring activity progresses.
- Working knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem and media buying platforms would be beneficial.
- Someone who enjoys the coordination, organisation and execution side of new business, rather than needing to personally own a sales target.
If you have experience supporting new business, pitches, RFPs and commercial teams within media or advertising and are looking for a role where you can play a central part in winning new clients, apply now.
