An exciting opportunity with a leading luxury retail brand in London is looking for an Insights & Analytics Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract.

Based in London Hybrid working, 2-3 days a week in the office for 6-12 months initially. Start date: ASAP. Up to £65,000 salary pro rata.

The Job

  • Delivering actionable customer, trading and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analysing retail, ecommerce and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions for senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting Commercial, Marketing and Ecommerce teams with data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitoring business performance across key customer and commercial metrics.
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis to understand customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness and trading performance.
  • Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Driving improvements across reporting processes, analytics capability and data quality.

You

  • Strong experience within Retail, Ecommerce, Luxury Retail or another consumer-facing business.
  • Previous experience in Insights, Customer Analytics, Commercial Analytics or Business Intelligence roles.
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour, trading performance and commercial reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience presenting to senior leadership teams.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar BI and visualisation tools.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Able to work autonomously and quickly add value within a fast-paced environment.
