An exciting opportunity with a leading luxury retail brand in London is looking for an Insights & Analytics Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract.
Based in London Hybrid working, 2-3 days a week in the office for 6-12 months initially. Start date: ASAP. Up to £65,000 salary pro rata.
The Job
- Delivering actionable customer, trading and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Analysing retail, ecommerce and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions for senior stakeholders.
- Supporting Commercial, Marketing and Ecommerce teams with data-driven recommendations.
- Monitoring business performance across key customer and commercial metrics.
- Conducting ad hoc analysis to understand customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness and trading performance.
- Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Driving improvements across reporting processes, analytics capability and data quality.
You
- Strong experience within Retail, Ecommerce, Luxury Retail or another consumer-facing business.
- Previous experience in Insights, Customer Analytics, Commercial Analytics or Business Intelligence roles.
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour, trading performance and commercial reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience presenting to senior leadership teams.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar BI and visualisation tools.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
- Able to work autonomously and quickly add value within a fast-paced environment.
