Freelance German-Speaking Influencer Manager

We're looking for an experienced Influencer Manager to join a leading social and influencer agency, supporting creator campaigns focused on the German market.

You'll bring strong local market knowledge and established expertise in influencer campaign delivery, building authentic creator partnerships and managing projects from initial brief through to reporting.

Key details:

• Rate: Circa £325/day, outside IR35

• Start: ASAP in November

• Contract: One-month rolling contract

• Commitment: Full-time or part-time

• Location: Fully remote; UK or Germany based

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying and recommending relevant German-speaking creators based on audience, content and brand fit.

• Managing creator outreach and relationships with influencers, agents and talent managers.

• Negotiating fees, deliverables and usage rights, coordinating contracts and campaign timelines.

• Developing creator briefs and managing content feedback, approvals and publishing schedules.

• Working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

• Tracking campaign performance and translating results into practical recommendations.

• Bringing insights into German social trends, emerging creators and cultural moments.

What we're looking for:

• Fluency in both German and English is essential.

• Strong knowledge of the German influencer landscape, including relevant creators, platforms and trends.

• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from brief through to delivery and reporting.

• Confident negotiation, client communication and relationship management skills.

• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently within a remote team.

• Previous agency experience is highly desirable.
