Customer Success Associate
London | Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing marketing technology business working with leading ecommerce and retail brands.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years' experience looking to develop a career within digital marketing, customer success, analytics, and campaign management.
You'll work closely with major consumer brands, helping to deliver digital marketing campaigns, analyse performance data, provide insights, and support project delivery across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Analyse campaign and customer performance data to identify trends and opportunities
* Build reports and presentations to support client decision-making
* Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS and onsite channels
* Coordinate projects with internal teams including Product, Analytics, Design and Engineering
* Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues where required
* Maintain accurate client documentation and project tracking
* Support testing of new product features and strategic initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, Analytics or related discipline preferred)
* 0-2 years' experience in marketing, customer success, client services, ecommerce or digital marketing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience with Google Analytics, Looker, Klaviyo, Shopify or similar platforms would be advantageous
