An exciting global consumer brand is looking for a Business Analyst to join a large-scale business and technology transformation programme focused on Supply Chain, Operations and SAP systems.

The Job
As the Business Analyst , your responsibilities will include:
Leading discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions across business and technology teams
Capturing, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Mapping current and future state business processes using BPMN, workflows and user journeys
Analysing system integrations, data flows and dependencies across multiple enterprise platforms
Working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and business stakeholders to define and refine solutions
Identifying process inefficiencies, business risks and opportunities for improvement
Supporting testing, business readiness, training activities and operational handovers
Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring requirements are clearly understood before delivery
You
4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within complex business and technology environments
Strong experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements independently
Experience creating process maps, workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria
Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise integrations, ideally SAP environments
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Experience working across both technical and non-technical teams
Ability to identify process improvements, system dependencies and business impacts
Experience within Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing or Logistics environments is highly desirable
Experience with process modelling tools such as Signavio, Visio or Lucidchart would be beneficial
