Business Development Representative (German Speaking) Sphera is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Representative with a \”go getter\” sales hunter mentality to join our fast-growing sales team. As a member of our professional sales team, you will both follow up on marketing inquiries as well as hunt for new business opportunities with the goal of setting appointments for our global salesforce. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that likes to work hard and have fun while they are doing it. All reps will be ramped up with a progression of virtual training, meetings with peers and business partners, and live practice to begin their sales journey.Location: United Kingdom (London, England)Responsibilities Proactively seek out new business opportunities through outbound calling to engage, consult, and set appointments for field Sales ExecutivesFocus on outbound campaigns and business development activities (calls, emails, social media) as well as promptly following up on inquiries coming from marketing programsLeverage proven consultative sales methodologies to analyze the prospect\’s business to address their changing automation needsLeverage current technology to develop and manage a follow up cadence to systematically nurture potential leads that aren\’t quite ready to buyParticipate in interactive training and educational sessions to stay abreast of changes in Sphera solutions, sales, and the industryConsistently achieve and/or exceed daily activity and sales targetsQualifications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial Inside Sales environmentExperience working with clients in a sales-oriented environment; experience selling over the phone and cold calling is a plusDynamic personality that comes across well over the phone and the ability to engage potential clients with confidence and presentationAdaptable and able to think on your feet; when faced with new challenges, you persevereBachelor\’s degree in business, sales, or marketing; or equivalent work experience1+ year of sales experience, with a successful track record in a solution-based selling environment highly preferredSoftware and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) product sales highly preferredBusiness to Business (B2B) sales experience highly preferredSelf-motivated, high-energy individual that can thrive in a competitive but fun team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointExperience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools highly preferredFluent in both German and EnglishEmployment type Full-timeJob function Business DevelopmentIndustries IT Services and IT Consulting
