This is a great opportunity within the Sphera Services and Delivery team, who are on the front line of the commitment to Sphera clients delivering SpheraCloud’s Health & Safety software. Through effective implementation of our software solutions, and by developing positive working relationships with client personnel and colleagues, this is a fun and rewarding role. The Associate Consultant will support the project Implementation Consultant in delivering the best possible solutions. You will need to have good attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team, with excellent communication skills sharing delivery status updates in a timely manner. This role offers the opportunity to grow in the business and extend responsibilities, including: Lead client demonstrations and solution walkthroughs of configured solutions Review existing client requirements for formal estimation and solution proposals Collaborate with and support sales team on new opportunities Solid experience in delivering multiple projects across many vertical industries Key Tasks & Responsibilities Configure SpheraCloud solutions based on requirements and instructions provided by internal project leads Deploy SpheraCloud HSM Foundations solutions and complete QA checks Deliver project tasks involving working with Excel to map and load data Ensure deliverables meet the requirements by thorough testing against requirements Deliver demonstrations to project team on configured solutions as part of handover of deliverables Update or create project documentation including test scripts, and training materials Provide support and assistance during client testing Support project lead in issue management and resolution Work to deadlines to meet project milestones Your Profile A positive “can-do” attitude; Undergraduate or Master’s degree in science, or related field Experience in a software support or delivery environment is ideal Strong technical background with an excellent aptitude for analytical thinking. Natural curiosity to investigate issues, conduct research, design solutions and translate results into business practices Aptitude for learning new software—ideally will have some basic programming experience Good oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate issues, give presentations, and prepare formal written reports Self-motivated and organized; able to simultaneously work on multiple assignments and to work both independently as well as in teams Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word Ability to work with remote teams Willing to be flexible in working arrangements around projects Willingness to travel for project workshops up to 10% Sphera is an equal opportunity employer.
