We are recruiting experienced Costs Lawyers and Law Costs Draftsmen with expertise in detailed assessment and inter partes costs disputes. This role may involve both paying party and receiving party work.

- preparing Points of Dispute
- preparing Replies
- advising on recoverability and proportionality
