We are seeking an experienced Contract Programme Manager to lead a large-scale Product and Pricing Transformation Programme within a regulated insurance environment. This is a senior delivery role requiring deep experience across insurance underwriting, product design, and pricing transformation.
The Role
- You will be accountable for end-to-end programme delivery, overseeing multiple workstreams spanning underwriting, product, pricing, data, and technology.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will ensure the programme delivers measurable commercial and operational outcomes while meeting regulatory and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a complex product and pricing transformation programme within an insurance business.
- Own programme governance, planning, RAID management, financial tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including underwriting, product, pricing, actuarial, data, and technology.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape delivery strategy, milestones, and benefits realisation.
- Manage third-party vendors and system integrators where applicable.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance expectations.
- Drive delivery pace while managing change in a complex, matrixed organisation.
