We’re looking for a technical Software QA Manager to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of in-house software products. This role works closely with the development, product & project teams to deliver high-quality software. The successful candidate will primarily focus on testing .NET applications, database, API layers, React front-ends, Microsoft Fabric & data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing across .NET applications.
- Participate in requirements review and design discussions.
- Test Automation
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for .NET and React applications.
- Create automated API tests.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Data & API Testing
- Validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across databases and data pipelines.
- Perform comprehensive API testing including functional, performance, and security aspects.
- Verify database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and data migrations.
- Quality Standards & Process
- Establish and maintain quality standards and testing best practices.
- Define acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and developers.
- Monitor quality metrics and provide regular reporting on test coverage and defect trends.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with developers to understand technical implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate test results, quality risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
