We are seeking an experienced Contract Programme Manager to lead a large-scale Product and Pricing Transformation Programme within a regulated insurance environment. This is a senior delivery role requiring deep experience across insurance underwriting, product design, and pricing transformation.
The Role
You will be accountable for end-to-end programme delivery, overseeing multiple workstreams spanning underwriting, product, pricing, data, and technology. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will ensure the programme delivers measurable commercial and operational outcomes while meeting regulatory and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a complex product and pricing transformation programme within an insurance business
- Own programme governance, planning, RAID management, financial tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including underwriting, product, pricing, actuarial, data, and technology
- Partner with senior leaders to shape delivery strategy, milestones, and benefits realisation
- Manage third-party vendors and system integrators where applicable
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance expectations
- Drive delivery pace while managing change in a complex, matrixed organisation
Strong insurance domain expertise, particularly within:
- Pricing / rating / actuarial-led change
- Experience delivering product and pricing transformation initiatives (e.g. target operating models, pricing modernisation, underwriting transformation, platform or rating engine change)
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong governance, planning, and delivery discipline in a regulated environment
