Product Owner Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the product roadmap aligned to business goals and value stream OKRs
- Work with technical teams to gather requirements, lead workshops, and design iterations that maximise user value
- Write clear user stories and maintain a refined, prioritised product backlog
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries within agile squads
- Create and manage product performance dashboards, using data to inform future backlog priorities
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, refinement, and retrospectives
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively across stakeholders and escalate where needed
Product Owner Requirements
- Proven experience delivering technology infrastructure or end-user computing transformation initiatives
