Summary
A leading financial services organisation is looking for a Principal Salesforce Engineer to take a pivotal role in its digital transformation. You will lead engineering teams to design and deliver enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, integrated with .NET and Azure platforms, supporting business-critical systems and improving customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce-focused product engineering teams, driving delivery of transformation projects
- Provide technical direction, hands-on code reviews, and enforce engineering best practice
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders to ensure outcomes meet business needs
- Shape and deliver engineering strategy as part of the leadership team
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and wider solutions for enterprise adoption
- Ensure systems meet performance, scalability, security, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience leading Salesforce engineering teams within large enterprises
- Strong expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, including integration with multiple platforms
- Experience with Azure, .NET services, ADO pipelines, and React applications advantageous
- Ability to align technical delivery with business strategy and manage senior stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices and modern software engineering principles
