A leading international law firm is expanding its Programme & Change team and is hiring a Project Manager to help drive strategic initiatives across its global practice groups. This is a highly visible role working with senior leadership, partners and global teams, helping turn strategic plans into tangible outcomes that shape how the firm operates and grows.
You will work closely with the Strategy & Execution function responsible for supporting the firm’s practice groups with strategic planning and innovation initiatives. Your role will be to translate strategic goals into structured projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered with clear timelines, governance and measurable impact.
Typical projects include:
- Driving AI adoption within legal practice groups
- Supporting practice growth and revenue initiatives
- Piloting new legal technology and innovation solutions
- Delivering business transformation initiatives across the firm
- Process improvement and operational change programmes
You will lead cross-functional business projects from planning through to delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Translating strategic initiatives into structured project plans and delivery roadmaps
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously across business functions
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, partners and practice group leaders
- Providing clear project governance, reporting and status updates
- Identifying and resolving risks, issues and delivery roadblocks
- Facilitating workshops, steering committees and executive updates
- Partnering with Business Analysts and Change Managers to support successful delivery
- Ensuring initiatives align with firmwide strategic priorities
Experience:
- ~5+ years’ Project Management experience
- Experience delivering strategic or business-led initiatives
- Background within a law firm, professional services or complex global organisation preferred
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders or executive leadership
- Experience collaborating with Business Analysts and Change professionals
Skills:
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
