With a strong foundation already in Leeds, we’re now hiring experienced Delivery Consultants who want autonomy, ownership and the backing to build a desk properly.

The Opportunity

  • You’ll focus on the delivery side of the recruitment process: identifying, engaging and managing high‑quality candidates across your specialist market.
  • Sourcing and engaging top tech talent
  • Managing candidates through the full recruitment process
  • Building strong candidate relationships and networks
  • Working closely with consultants to deliver on live roles
  • Ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience

About You

  • Experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing or candidate management (at least 2 years+)
  • Ideally exposure to the tech market (not essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple roles
  • Driven, ambitious and keen to develop your career
  • Able to commute to Leeds office
