This role focuses on analysing, interpreting, and reporting on structured datasets, ensuring data quality, and supporting strategic initiatives through business intelligence tools and analytics platforms.

  • Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Extract, clean, and analyse structured data from multiple business systems.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using business intelligence, data visualisation, and analytics platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, supporting data quality initiatives.
  • Support business units by translating analytical findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Contribute to data governance by adhering to data policies and supporting master data processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improving reporting efficiency and implementing automation.
  • Knowledge, Experience & Technical Know-How
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, alongside strong SQL skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data systems, analytics platforms, and cloud technologies is desirable.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with operational datasets and business intelligence processes.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks.
