What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and manage trusted relationships with clients across the IT and technology sector.
  • Identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through proactive sourcing and headhunting.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from taking a client brief through to successful placement.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
  • Learn from experienced consultants and senior leaders within the business.

About You

  • A recent graduate (any discipline) with a genuine desire to succeed and build a career.
  • A confident, articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, proactive and motivated by goals you thrive when working towards targets.
  • Professional in approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not essential.
