You will work in a fast-paced environment, developing your Agile leadership skills and supporting high-profile technical initiatives.
Agile Delivery Lead Responsibilities- Deliver and maintain infrastructure projects end-to-end, including financial management and resource balancing
- Guide Agile squads by coaching on values, principles and practices to maximise delivery outcomes
- Facilitate the backlog process and sprint activities using JIRA and Agile methodologies
- Identify and remove impediments and manage dependencies across squads
- Ensure effective governance and clear stakeholder communication across initiatives
- Support Product Owners with prioritisation and roadmap delivery
- Mentor Associate Agile Delivery Leads and contribute to the wider Agile and DevOps community
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within IT or Infrastructure environments
- Strong infrastructure systems background
- Hands-on experience delivering Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban)
- Previous experience within engineering or technical project delivery
- Proven ability to manage budgets and commercial delivery within value streams
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in platform services, cloud or infrastructure engineering (desirable)
