You’re a confident Business Change Project Manager ready for more ownership, more influence, and the chance to help shape a transformation function still in its early stages. If you want to leave a mark rather than maintain the status quo, this is worth a look.
You’ll join a growing Business Transformation team supporting central functions and legal practice groups. The firm has launched a long-term strategy that will reshape how legal services are delivered, and the project pipeline spans everything from a new corporate travel platform to data protection reform, website rebuilds, office upgrades and GenAI-enabled improvements.
Working closely with the Project Delivery Lead, you’ll run end-to-end projects, apply governance, manage risk, and build confidence across the business in how change is delivered. You’ll also help shape the developing PM Framework, creating tools, templates and ways of working that empower others to deliver well.
If you’re resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and genuinely enjoy influencing stakeholders, you’ll thrive here. This team values plain-English communication, proactive problem solving and people who bring ideas—not just process. You’ll gain senior exposure, autonomy and a meaningful say in how project delivery evolves.
Interviews are planned before Christmas. If this sounds like you, send your CV or message me directly to discuss the role.
