Our client is a forward-looking Cost and Project Management Consultancy currently recruiting for an Associate level Quantity Surveyor for their specialist Hotels division. A long-established name within the hospitality sector, they have built up an enviable reputation and client list of leading brands, working in Capex, newbuild and refurbishment projects nationally.
You will be responsible for creating effective cost plans, tendering, procurement strategies, value engineering and management of day-to-day commercial activities on live projects typically £2m to £10m in value. You will work closely with the clients team, project managers and design consultants.
It is likely you will be degree qualified, BSc Quantity Surveyor with relevant Cost Management experience working for a consultancy or commercial practice on hospitality or residential projects in the UK. Alternatively, my client would consider someone with commercial fit out experience working on managed offices or corporate roll outs.

- A background in Building projects (not heavy civils, infrastructure or oil and gas)
- London based or within reasonable commute
- Relevant project experience (Hospitality ideal)
