This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a boutique Development Management Consultancy operating in both the public and private residential sector, from bespoke residences through to major redevelopments and regeneration schemes, with elements of private, affordable and section 106 housing. The requirement is for a Quantity Surveyor from a Consultancy background.
You will be responsible for developing effective cost plans from feasibility stages for new build and refurbishment schemes with typical values ranging from £25 million to £150 million. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of post contract commercial duties.
Key Criteria:
- Building/Construction experience gained with a PQS or Cost Management Consultancy
- Qualified BSc. Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- MRICS Advantageous
