About the opportunity
Our client is a multi-discipline Consultancy who are one of the leading exponents of Cost and Project Management in the World today. Their specialist hospitality team have been appointed as the clients representative on a series of hotel projects in the UK.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of each project, ensuring agreed contractual obligations are met, particularly in respect of achieving quality and programme certainty.
Its likely you will be from a Construction Project Management background having worked for a consultancy on either commercial or hotel projects, including change or use, conversions and extensions in live environments. You will run multiple projects with values between £2m & £10m.
Key Criteria
You will be degree qualified in either Construction Management or quantity surveying and now looking to further yourself in a dynamic, busy environment that recognises and rewards personal achievement through their bonus incentive scheme.
This role will be split between projects (throughout the South East), office and working from home. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own transport.
