This is an excellent opportunity for an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join a boutique cost and project management consultancy, working on luxury residential developments for HNWIs on bespoke commissions.
You will have a minimum of five tears Quantity Surveying experience, with prior exposure in the luxury residential sector, working for either a consultancy or developer ideally.
You will be working closely with a Senior Commercial Manager and you will be involved in all aspects of cost management, in particular pre-contract work to include schedules and preparing cost plans.The role will also involve post contract commercial duties, cost value reconciliations, which will give you an excellent all-round understanding of this fast-moving environment.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in either Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, with post graduate experience gained in the UK on residential projects.
The role could offer hybrid working but applicants must drive and have access to their own transport and be located within a reasonable commute of either Manchester or London to attend office meetings when required.
