Speyhawk Ltd are recruiting for an Estimator / Surveyor for a Specialist Contractor in London.
Up to £75,000 + Travel, health, pension and bonus.
This highly successful specialist contractor offers a supply and installation service to Architects, Developers and end users alike, working within London's high-end residential and blue-chip commercial markets.
Following a sustained increase in demand for their highly innovative product range, a new appointment has been created for a Surveyor / Estimator to support their commercial team. You will not be solely responsible for pricing and will only support the larger tenders up to £5m in value.
You could be from either a Surveying or Estimating background where you have been involved in the preparation of estimates and proposals for high-quality fit out works, facades or landscaping. You will already have gained valuable experience, working for a specialist contractor or major contractor on associated works and now looking to specialise. Previous experience within the fit out or natural stone sector would be a distinct advantage.
