Design Manager Construction South London
Up to Β£85,000 per annum + health, pension, travel and bonus
Our client is a long-established name in the field of specialist contracting. They have a rare opportunity for a Design Manager to join their highly professional team and play a key role in their continued success and future development.
The requirement is for a self-motivated Design Manager using their specialist materials and systems on high end commercial and residential projects. Its likely this person will be working for another specialist contractor or main contractor with a good all-round knowledge of construction to including external works and hard landscaping.
This key role will involve the responsibility for design co-ordination of packages up to circa Β£10million in value on major building projects in London working with tier 1 contractors and coordination of project teams. At the same time, you will have the ability to delegate and use external resources when required.
