About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Construction Salesman or Saleswoman to take up this exciting new role in a rapidly growing field. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a ground-breaking movement in sustainability and resource management. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting circular economy principles within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with construction clients (Tier 1 & 2 Contractors) and stakeholders to identify opportunities for material reuse and recycling.
  • Manage resources and inventory, ensuring efficient and sustainable allocation for projects.
  • Develop strategies to promote the company’s circular economy solutions to the construction market.
  • Research and stay updated on innovative sustainable practices within the industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Experience of construction material, products and sales working collaboratively with tier 1 or 2 contractors and buying departments.
  • Passion for sustainability and a basic understanding of circular economy principles.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills and a confident communicator
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and contribute to team success.
