For the Worldwide biggest battery maker, we are looking for an Energy Storage (ESS) Customer Quality Engineer for Britain
Location: Area London OR surroundings

Job Description
- Handle abnormal problems in customer receipt and assembly process and make preliminary judgments. 5W2H method can be used to describe the fault, and notice the relevant responsible persons immediately
- Containment/isolate/sort the defective products at the customer\’s project location according to the scope of risk and preliminary FA analysis
- Rework the defective products in customer side in time, actively communicate with the customer to reduce the number of product returns
- Supervise employees to operate according to SOP in reworking
- Follow up assembly process in client, cooperate to solve the problem in assembly process. Identify potential risk for customer using
- Actively report the products usage and handle emergencies
- Responsible for the summary of customer quality problem in the charge of the areas
- Follow up the quality problem solving process (according to customer requirements)
- Establish and maintain customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Customer quality engineer experience in energy storage industry is preferred
- Understand ISO9000/TS16949/VDA etc. Quality system; understand the quality improvement tools (eg: FMEA, FTA, 8D, 6Sigma, SPC)
- Understand the basic principles of battery operation, understand the basic characteristics of communication failure and mechanical structure failure, understand product failure analysis methods
- Familiar with office software, with basic statistical analysis, report summary and reporting capabilities
- Good communication skills in English
