Sales Director to drive new business growth across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone with an established network across UK financial institutions and a successful track record selling complex post‑trade or capital markets technology solutions.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a UK new business sales strategy.
Identify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities within investment banks, brokers, and capital markets institutions.
Build relationships with senior business stakeholders across the UK financial services sector.
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
Work closely with product, pre‑sales, and marketing teams to deliver successful customer engagements.
Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Experience selling enterprise software into UK financial institutions.
Strong network across investment banks, brokers, or capital markets organizations.
Proven success winning new enterprise clients.
Experience selling complex post‑trade, clearing, settlement, securities processing, trade processing, or capital markets infrastructure solutions.
Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles and high‑value contracts.
Based in or around Greater London with the right to work in the UK.
